Many assume their risk of dehydration in summer months is higher than in the winter, but this simply isn’t true. Water is the major component of most of our body, and even a slight decrease in the volume of water in our bodies can lead to dehydration.

 

Heat in our homes, cars, and offices increases the amount of moisture lost through our skin, and while lotions and hand creams can help replenish that moisture, they’re usually a temporary fix. The best way to keep your skin looking and feeling its best all winter long is by drinking enough water.
